RETURN POLICY

Brown Dyed Girl does not offer returns or cancellations at this time. A refund will only be issued if customer receives an incorrect or defective item. If we receive a package back due to wrong address or unable to deliver, customer will have to pay for the shipping to receive their item.

EXCHANGES

Brown Dyed Girl offers exchanges on different colors/styles of the original style purchased before 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping fees. To initiate an exchange, please email info@browndyedgirl.com.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

PRE ORDERS

All pre order sales are final and we can only offer an exchange for a different size or store credit. Please make sure to be aware of the ship date for all pre orders as these take a few weeks to ship out. Thank you for your support and patience!
